Charles A. Conine, SPHR is a former HR executive with thirty-five years of unit level, field and corporate Human Resources, Labor Relations, Risk Management leadership experience. Since his retirement from corporate human resources Mr. Conine has been retained to provide pre-trial consulting and expert testimony on a variety of human resources-related topics.
